Return & Replacement Policy

Our Return Policy applies to general online purchases made through



We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Returns and Exchanges are available if initiated within seven (7) days of receiving your package (excluding non-returnable items) of the ship date received.

You must email customer service within seven days to request the return or exchange, any claims made after 7 days will NOT be accepted.


Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Goods must be returned “as-new” in their original condition: be unworn, unopened, unused, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our Distribution Center. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to customer error

Some health and personal care items including underwears and cosmetics. To protect the health of our customers and staff; therefore we do not take returns and exchanges on these items.

Products that are made to order/prints, and as such cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. This includes:

  • Change of mind
  • Items ordered in error (including wrong quantity, wrong sizes, design, or variant selected)
  • Exchanges for alternative design, product or size
  • Not as expected items
  • Unwanted items





Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form of an E-gift card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price if applicable.




In case the item is covered by warranty. We only send 1 replacement of the item. After we send the warranty replacement you cannot claim any more warranty.

Damaged Product

We make the best efforts to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected by our staff for damages and defects prior to leaving the warehouse.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. 

We will only reimburse if they are defective or damaged with term and condition, to be happen within 2 days. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to within 2 days upon receiving the item.


If a damaged item is received due to rough delivery, is not liable for these damages, and claims need to be made with the carrier company. In a case of a Manufacturer defective item or a wrong item sent to you, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to assist you!

In the event you wish to return the purchased item, all costs related including the shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.



If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for product replacement or a reimbursement within 2 days of receiving the item. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects and send to If the case is deemed valid, Gear Supermart will cover related cost to reimburse.

After 2 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement for any reasons.



Promotional Sale and Clearance items:

Unfortunately, SALE, and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be return or refunded.



Cancellation & Modification Policy

Cancellation on Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 35% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies


 Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Gear Supermart. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.



Please take note: 

 *For RETURN /item cancellation, a 35% handling fees will be charged and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies

*RETURN/Cancellation charges are bearable by customer 

*If you dispute you automatically lose your right to a refund.
